Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship via Fedex Ground to physical addresses inside the United States, excluding P.O. Boxes. All discrepancies in shipments must be reported to support@prosoundcommunications.com within 48 hours of receipt of product. All claims must be reported to support@prosoundcommunications.com within 48 hours of receipt of product. Please keep the original carton and follow our further instruction.

Orders are shipped every Friday for orders placed from Saturday to Tuesday, Pacific Time Zone (PST: UTC-8:00 / PDT: UTC-7:00). Any orders from Wednesday to Friday will be shipped the following Friday.

Some items may be backordered and will be displayed as such in your shopping cart. Lead time for all backordered products is approximately 2 weeks depending on stock level. Charges for backordered products will only be applied once the product has been shipped to you the customer.

Returns & Replacements

We have a 48-hour money back return policy (less shipping costs). If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, simply e-mail us within 48-hour of receipt to arrange the details of your return. All returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition. All returns are subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time we receive your return for your refund or reshipment to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
